We aim to make scheduling your beauty services as simple and convenient as possible. Clients can schedule appointments in one of three ways:
Online: Visit our website to book at your convenience.
In Person: Stop by the salon to schedule with our front desk team.
By Call or Text: 780 700 7710
Please confirm all appointments 24-48 hours before. Muse Beauty Haus is required to call and text any appointment that has not already confirmed on our booking system
Any appointment that remains unconfirmed and has been repeatedly contacted may be cancelled upon request of stylist(s) or management

For colour appointments longer than 2hours, and selected services longer than 1hour, we require a mandatory deposit to secure your appointment. How it works:
For new clients, a $25 deposit is required
For existing clients, zero deposit is required.
No-shows are subject to book online and are required to pay 50% of their upcoming appointment.
ALL deposits will go towards the existing appointment and are non-refundable. Stylists have the right to change the deposit amount based on: scope of service, time, and client demand.
Deposits will automatically be sent out to clients through the booking system. All clients must have a valid phone number, email and payment method.
Cancellations less than 24 hours will be subject to pay 100% of the missed appointment. Cancellations less than 48 hours, but greater than 24 hours, may reschedule, with their existing deposit.

We kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We understand that life happens and plans can change unexpectedly. If a last-minute cancellation is necessary, please call or text us as soon as you can and our team will do their best to accommodate you and our stylists time.
Last minute bookings may require future deposits upon stylist(s) and Muse Beauty Haus policy.

Our team values every client and their time. When you book an appointment with us, we reserve that time specifically for you. Missed appointments without notice or less than 24 hours notice may incur 100% of the booked service.
We strive to make the most of our stylists’ time while accommodating other clients who are eager to book.
If you miss your appointment without contacting us:
We will attempt to reach you via phone call and text message. If we do not hear back from you within a reasonable time, the appointment will be officially marked as a no-show. To rebook a no-show, a fee and credit card will be required for rescheduled no-shows.

Clients marked as no-shows will be required to:
Book all future appointments online.
Pay a non-refundable deposit to secure their time slot.
This deposit will be applied to the cost of the scheduled service. Continued no-shows may result in repeated deposits until the stylist feels confident in the client’s commitment to respecting our time and scheduling policies.

Your health, safety, and comfort are our top priorities. To ensure a safe and enjoyable salon experience, it is essential that clients inform their stylist of any known allergies or sensitivities to specific chemicals, ingredients, or products prior to their service.
Please inform your stylist if:
You have a known allergy to any hair, skin, or beauty product ingredients.
You’ve had a reaction to a past salon service, even if it seemed minor.
You suspect you may have a sensitivity or are unsure about certain products.
Patch & Strand Testing: To ensure safety and the best results, our stylists reserve the right to perform a patch or strand test before your scheduled appointment, especially if you have disclosed a possible allergy or sensitivity. This simple precaution helps identify potential reactions before a full service is performed.
During your appointment: If any reaction, discomfort, or concern arises, our stylists have the right to remove any product or pause the service as they see fit to prioritize your well-being.

Our mission is a commitment to delivering the highest quality experience and results. To ensure your satisfaction, we offer complimentary colour touch-ups within 7 days of your appointment (some restrictions may apply).
Hair fixes are designed to adjust or refine the original service based on the goal discussed during your consultation and the nature of the concern. Fixes will be preformed by the original stylist who provided the initial serivce.
Please note that we do not offer refunds. If your results are not as expected, we encourage you to contact your stylist directly as soon as possible. Open communication helps us address your concerns promptly and ensure you're happy with your final look.

We offer tiered pricing based on the experience and expertise of our stylists. Thus, each service will begin with a base price and will vary based on stylist selected.
To further personalize your experience, we use a professional system called Vish. We believe no two heads of hair are the same; and Vish allows our stylists to precisely measure the amount of colour product needed for your individual hair needs. This is included as a colour service add-on in addition to your colour appointment.

Exchange or credit available for products are valid within one week of purchase.
Some products may have manufacturing issues or a faulty dispensers, if you believe this is the case feel free to come in or give us a call and we can replace the product, if it has been in your care for under a week.

Arrival: Please arrive a few minutes early so we are able to start your service right away.
Hair History: Previous color, box dye, keratin, extensions… it all matters. The more we know, the better we can protect your hair and deliver the results you’re dreaming of.
Be Open To Professional Recommendations: We’ll always give you realistic advice, maintenance tips, and product suggestions to keep your hair healthy between appointments.
